It is with great emotion that I announce the permanent closure of the Villa Escandia guesthouse.
After many wonderful years spent welcoming you, it is time for me to turn the page. This decision follows our move, related to my husband's retirement — a new chapter in our lives is opening.
Above all, I would like to apologize to all the guests who have been returning for years. Your trust, your kindness, and your loyalty have made this place so much more than just accommodation — you turned it into a true home from the heart.
I sincerely thank you for all the shared memories, and for the affection and trust you have shown me over time.

You are looking for a guest house for one or a few days; stop in Valence!
Located 10 minutes away from the highway A7, Villa Escandia is an elegant and quiet guest house for two people which offers an outdoor swimming pool (opened from May to October).
Peace and climate make the place very pleasant. You can relax on the deckchairs on the sun terrace.
The breakfast served in the morning provides homemade jams and yogurts, cheeses, pork products etc... Restaurants can be found in 2 minutes by car.
The pool house with its equipment (plancha, gas, microwave, kettle, taster, fridge-freezer and tableware... etc) is available if you wish to cook and dinner on the spot.
The property is 4 km away from the city center (cathedral, park Jouvet, the Kiosque Penney etc), 10 km away from Crussol's Castle and near beautiful villages (Chabeuil, Pont en Royan, Saint Antoine l'abbaye, Crest etc). For any question, feel free to contact us.
There is free, private car park on site.
